  1. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, we will refund your purchase price upon return of your items to us
    with an explanation for the return. Please remember, these are soy wax crayons and will melt if left in direct
    sunlight.
  2. If you need to return an item please click here and send us an email on why you are unsatisfied.  Send the product back
    to us, postage prepaid, for full refund.
  3. We respect your privacy just as much as our own.  We will never sell or distribute your contact information. We will not use
    your contact for any purpose other than to provide you with the product and service you expect.
  4. Currently, we only offer ground delivery options.  If you require expedited delivery please call us at 602-953-7444, or see
    the contact us page to reach us personally.  NOTE: We ship only Airmail to Great Britain. We will do our best to
    accommodate your special needs--so call us if we can help you with your order.
  5. Please note that all California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax, this includes schools and businesses.
